• Cupid Aesthetics requires a NON-refundable booking fee of  £25 for at the time of booking to secure an appointment. The booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations and no shows.

• Cupid Aesthetics requires 48 hours notice in order to reschedule
  Payments are accepted  by cash or bank transfer and must be paid before leaving (Cash payments are preferred).

• It is required a patch test at least 24h prior to your appointment.

• You must be over 18 of age to book with us. Please don't be offended if we ask for your ID.
  

• Please do not drink alcohol 24 hours prior to the treatment.
  

• We politely request that you arrive on time to your appointment and we ask that you attend alone, unless otherwise agreed by us. You can simple message to request this.
  

• We do ask to take both a contact mobile & email address for our booking system to send you appointment reminders.​
  

• Unless medically necessary, please avoid taking things that thin the blood like fish oils, herbals, Vitamin E, aspirins, and/or ibuprofen.
  Botox, AHA products and retinoids should be avoided for 2 weeks prior to the procedure if Laser Hair removals and facials are carried out by therapist.
  

• Although numbing cream/solution is used during the procedure, sensitivity or discomfort may still be felt. Skin may be red, bruised and/or swollen after the procedure. (Microneedling) (Dermaplaning) (Chemical Peel)
  

• There may be immediate or delayed allergic reaction to pigments. However, allergic reactions are extremely rare.
  

• Allergic reactions to anaesthetics can occur.
  

• Laser treatments and certain procedures will not available be to pregnant women or nursing mothers.
  

• The day of your appointment, consent form  with extra information will be given to you to sign and aftercare instructions will be explained to you as well.

• All services provided by the clinic are subject to availability and may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.

• Prior to any treatment, clients will have a consultation with a qualified practitioner to assess their suitability for the requested treatment and discuss any potential risks or side effects.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their medical history, medications, allergies, and any other relevant health information that may affect their treatment.

• The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any client deemed unsuitable for a particular treatment or whose medical history poses a potential risk to their health and safety.

• Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

• The clinic accepts cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, as determined by the management.

• The clinic is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.

• The clinic is not liable for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise from treatments performed by qualified practitioners.

• The clinic may use photographs or videos of clients for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
